An exhaust hood is what a lung is for the human body. A poorly designed hood will make the kitchen an uncomfortable workplace negating all the good points considered in building a good working kitchen. MKE has understood this from their years of field experience and developed the Exhaust hood after continuous discussions with the Chefs. The Hot fumes mixed with oil have to travel through the baffle filters, where most of the oil has to be blocked from traveling further into the duct. The blocked oil is to be collected in an oil collection tray. Filters and hoods go through harsh and regular cleaning processes to remove the oil deposits for this it need to be durable.
